Do you ever just want one cookie, but don’t want to bake a whole batch? I have the solution! This cookie is like a deep dish warm cookie that is so easy and satisfied your sweet tooth without wasting your time baking a huge batch.

Next time it’s late… or the middle of the day, and have a hankering for dessert, but no time to bake a whole batch of cookies… try this recipe! It’s perfect.

–          1 tablespoon of butter (melted)

–          1 tablespoon of sugar

–          1 tablespoon of brown sugar

–          Little pinch of salt

–          Little pinch of cinnamon

–          1 egg yolk

–          Couple drops of vanilla

–          ¼ cup of flour

–          2 tablespoons of chocolate chips

In a mug or a ramekin stir together the melted butter and both sugars. Add the salt, cinnamon and vanilla, and then add the egg yolk. Mix in all the flour, and then mix in the chocolate chips… Add more than 2 tablespoons if you like it really chocolaty!

Microwave for 45 seconds.
